Условия: Всички резервации на екскурзоводски беседи и турове, задължително се капарират с минимум 50% от договорената стойност и се предплащат. В случай на анулация на бесада и/или тур, в срок 15 дни преди началота на беседата/тура, то капарото се удържа и/или непоявяване и анулация след осмия ден преди тура се 100%. В случай на преместване на беседата/ тура на друга дата, но извън празничен период, то капарото се удържа,  За празничините периоди, тези условия не важат, а се прилагат специфични.
